DESIGN & CREATION PROCESS
Most of our items are designed and handmade in our Atlanta studio. We take care to double check each piece for quality to ensure that it looks perfect just for you!
As most of our pieces are handmade to order, please allow 2-3 days for us to make it before shipping it.
Most of our pieces are engraved with a laser machine to ensure that the design is durable and will last for years.
We color our pieces by filling the engraving with color - no vinyl is used in our process.
First, we do a happy dance 🎉
Second, you’ll receive 2 emails from us. The first email will confirm your order. The second email, which contains tracking information, will be sent once your order has been shipped.
Note: If you don’t see your confirmation email from us within minutes of your order, please check your spam folder for a message from wondermintgoods.com.
Almost our entire product line is handmade to each order, so please allow 2-3 days for production on top of whatever shipping method you choose.
We use USPS to send wonder all over the U.S.
Depending on the shipping method you select at checkout, the delivery timing once shipped is typically:
• First Class Mail: 5 - 8 days
• Priority Mail: 1 - 3 days
• Priority Mail Express: 1 day
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We cannot accept any returns on custom items. However, if something happens to your order (GASP!) in transit or is damaged, please contact us through our Returns & Exchanges page within 7 days of receiving your order so we can make it right.
If your item is not custom, we will gladly accept returns within 15 days of your order for a full refund. If you’d like to exchange it for a different item, we would be happy to do so. Please visit our Returns & Exchanges page to start the process.
If you are returning your item without exchanging, you are responsible for shipping the item back to us and we will then issue a full refund for the cost of the item. Please visit our Returns & Exchanges page to start the process.
No, if you are exchanging an item and are doing so within 15 days of receiving your order. We will send you a return label. Please visit our Returns & Exchanges page to start the process.
MATERIALS & CARE
Yes! Our earring posts are all stainless steel and nickel-free. Perfect for those that have sensitivity to earrings.
Your jewelry will last for years if taken care of properly!
To clean your jewelry, use a microfiber cloth and a small dab of water and buff clean to a shine. Earring posts can be sanitized with rubbing alcohol. Do not use household cleaners.
Please avoid swimming or showering with our jewelry on. Avoid spraying perfume or using lotion near your jewelry as much as possible.
Our beaded bracelets are made securely but stretching them excessively can cause them to break. Take care of your bracelets by rolling them onto your wrist versus stretching them over your hand.
