Finding your wonder means so much to us. It’s really a state of mind. In any circumstance, you can find your wonder - your happiness. See the bright side of things. Your mind is such a powerful tool. Smile more, laugh more and never ever stop being curious.
This is me. I like to laugh. I’m definitely a little weird sometimes and I like it that way. I spent my childhood exploring. I love being outside, looking for treasures and trinkets I could add to my many collections.
My grandfather made jewelry, that’s where my passion came from. He would mine the stones, polish them, metal smith and create something completely unique. When visiting, we would spend time going to flea markets, gem shows and would go rock and gem hunting. I still have film canisters full of rough garnets, agates and quartz that I’ve found.
Now, I’m all grown up. I have a wonderful husband and we have two girls of our own. Despite my adult life, I still feel like a kid at heart and love to watch my girls experience all the wonder in their little world. They are a constant reminder that regardless of our age, we can ALL see wonder in things around us. It’s something so many of us lose as we age. I urge you to keep it!
Stay curious, surround yourself with things that bring you JOY and dig deep in your life to find your wonder.
